Great Hammerhead Keyring (2")
The great hammerhead shark is the largest of all hammerhead species, reaching a maximum known length of 20 feet (6.1 m) and weight approaching a thousand pounds (~454 kg). The species is distinguished from other hammerheads by its nearly straight hammer-shaped head, called a cephalofoil, that has a prominent indentation in the middle. These massive sharks are apex predators and can be found worldwide in warm coastal waters where they hunt for prey such as stingrays, cephalopods, crustaceans and other sharks.
