The leaf sheep is one of few animals that can perform photosynthesis! These tiny sea slugs use the chloroplasts they ingest from eating seaweed as a portable source of food by using the sun. Growing to just over a centimeter long, these sea slugs are hard to spot, even in the shallow waters where they dwell!
